Please read this section carefully. All orders take 5-7 days including processing time, processing days exclude weekends and holidays. For custom items orders will take 2-3 weeks . Once an order has been shipped out and you've received your tracking number, what happens next is out of our hands. Your tracking number serves as an indication that your item has been shipped. If your e-mail says that your item has been delivered but it is not in your mailbox, please contact your local USPS as this is an issue that must be resolved through them.
