Shipping & Order Policy

• Custom-made items take 2–3 weeks to arrive, while accessories typically ship within 5–7 business days.
• Custom orders are not processed on weekends.
• If we reach out for additional information and you respond after 24 hours, your order may be delayed.
• Once you receive a tracking number, USPS is responsible for delivery. Please contact them directly for any shipping issues.
• If an item arrives damaged or something is missing, email us right away so we can make it right.
